The Federated States of Gapla is only making diplomacy with nations that...

• Have exsisted for at least 6 months,

• Are in at least 1 organisation with at least 3 members,

• Have at least 1 diplomatic ally,

• Have a website, Micronations Fandom, MicroWiki, or any other way to get information on it,

• Have at least 10 citizens, all people,

• A flag,

• and a Name.

This may be waived, if the micronation has signed a treaty, is in a organisation that requires diplomacy, or has been signed by executive order of the President and the Vice President. Diplomacy made before this policy will not be affected.
